Ordered an assortment off the internet and they called me to let me know they did not have the vase. I instructed them to sub another vase and dress it up as best they could. It was a heart shaped vase. What was sent was a plain glass vase sold at Dollar General for a buck along with a pathetic presentation of flowers. Not even any baby’s breath or greenery. High profits are nice but not at the expense of no repeat customers. Pics available on request.

I actually do not know how someone could give this wonderful flower shop a bad review! Every single time i come in, i am greeted with amazing employees, and on top of, amazing prices for stunning flowers! I asked what time i could pick up my flowers for Valentine’s Day, and in fear that when i got off work they would be closed but the owner said “we will stay until that last flower order has been picked up, or it’s just ungodly late”. LOL! I love this place! I will come back every year!

The other flower shop in town never returned my voicemail, and I'm glad because it brought me to Klaus'. Perfect experience. They went out and found the exact flowers I was looking for and put together the most beautiful arrangement of flowers I've ever seen. Lot of care in this shop.

This place is amazing! They are very accommodating and helpful. They did a delivery for me at 3:00 PM and it was a huge order. I will defiantly be coming back again and again!
