My regular florist was out having an operation ,and so my search began for a new florist. Through my Google search I came upon Aldolfo Florista. I I wanted an assortment of fifty (50)roses to commemorate my sweetie pie's fiftieth birthday. What was received was nothing short of a masterpiece . I,my fiance, or the hundreds of people who saw this arrangement has never seen this type of floral craftsmanship. The cost of the arrangement plus delivery was a great deal, but I was really overwhelmed by their service. From my experience this is where you can build customer loyalty and they exceeded expectations in this department as well. There was a misunderstanding, but they really came through with above and beyond customer service. Craftsmanship:5 star Cost: 5 star Dependability: 5 star Customer Service: 5 star Overall Experience: 5 star Please keep in mind im not that type of person who write reviews mainly because I believe when I purchase something and it is received in the condition that is shown, and with in the time it was supposed to be received they've done their job. No review necessary, but since Florista by Adolfos Creation craftsmanship, customer service, cost, and dependability was so stellar I felt it was my duty to share my experience.
