The employees here were incredibly helpful and friendly! Very few people have the understanding that they should always ask the human for permission to pet their dog, even more so to make sure it's okay to give their dog a treat! The lady that checked my new puppy and i out, understood this and was completely respectful when approaching Kaia and myself!

My experience would have been better if it weren’t for the young lady cashiering in the front with pink or purple hair. I don’t care about her hair color, just using it as a description so people will know who I’m talking about. She has a nasty attitude and very impatient. She don’t like to answer any questions or be bothered. She not very friendly. Has poor customer service. She doesn’t need to work with the public..!!
My experience is always great when I come to this location. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. And seem interested in what I buy or new pets or when I bring pets in.

I usually go to the Lee's Summit store, and they never have the food that I actually want for my dog. They have the brand, Instinct; but their selection is a tad smaller. I noticed every time I got online it told me that the Belton location carried more options in stock! So, I went there this time! Very pleased! I love the building set up! The cashier greeted me as I walked in even though she was the only one up front, and she was helping others. (As they always do). She was talking with some high school friends about their classes as I returned to check out, but they were very respectful to leave as soon as I was ready to check out. I think bringing respectable friends into your retail work place is a huge plus! I love the signs throughout the Isles that classify each brand of food! Going to different stores is always hard, but they make it as easy as they can! My dog's food may be in the front of one location and in the back of the other, but it is always easy to find! I also like that in the back of this store there is a bigger opening for dog beds and other items. This allows the store to feel more open. The store looks and smell very clean! During pandemic times all employees were wearing mask and being respectable of others.
