Worst experience I’ve had! I took my poodle in for a TRIM and she shaved his hair all off and it freezing outside! My poodle ears have been so red in the inside! He’s always been to the groomers it his first time ever having pain inside his ears!! My poodle last there 7 hours!! A whole day every other groomer I took him to did NOT last almost a whole dam day! It was my first & LAST time ever going there! Very unprofessional & rude ppl
