This review is a notice to those considering using the ski school for beginners. My kids had a private lesson here this week. The instructor was fine. The number of stars reflects the ticketing policy for lessons for children. The issue is being made to purchase a 69 lift ticket for a 7 year old so that he can have the privilege of walking up a small mound of snow carrying his own skis for an hour. This mountain should issue one-hour learning area tickets at a discounted price for lessons that only use the learning area. Clearly it’s not about the love of the sport if you gouge those trying to get into it, it’s about the bottom line. Pretty disappointed.

Great conditions. Well groomed. Should have checked the website, arrived at 8, didn't realize lifts don't start until 9!

Kind of a pain to get to. Fast lift. Not many challenging trails to go on but good enough for a casual day of skiing or snowboarding. You can get in a lot of runs in a quick amount of time but that’s because it’s a small mountain. I think the prices are a bit high. I’d rather go to Sunapee for 20 more.

75 ticket, pre bought online, hour long line to get pre bought ticket. 30ft sheets of ice on black Diamond slopes at 11am, they made no effort to cover it with the blowers the night before. For 75 you’d imagine the trails are at least groomed nightly like most mountains. Skiing was still fun but not remotely worth the money.

Great local ski and board mountain that has a great lift to get you to the top fast. They have night skiing until 3am on Friday and Saturday during the peak season (check web site) and until 9pm other nights. Reasonable rates too.
