Owner/operator is wonderful to work with. I was purchasing a pre-build condo and needed good advise on how to have what I want and need installed along with post construction install of components. Well saying that the construction process went off the rails would be an understatement. Kevin stuck with me and was very attentive to the situation even as he got dragged into it through no fault of his own. He made sure things that were not being done by the builder that we needed were brought to my attention so I could attempt to get it fixed before it became an even bigger disaster. He could only do the post buy install due to restrictions from the builder, a whole other long story. This was all prebuy and install. During and after is when he really shined. The install was done quickly and efficiently and at a good price. There were a few quirks to my home and he took them all in stride and took care of it. After the install I had minor problem with a component that failed due to a fault and he was quick to get it fixed. His customer support and service is top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for any project big or small. I only wish I could have had him do the whole pre build wiring it would have solved so many issues along the way. All his prices are reasonable if not a bit on the cheap side and he will definitely go above and beyond for his customer.
