Mr. Al Duncan is awesome. Gave him a good test of customer service yesterday. Made an appointment with him the previous day for 1pm. We travel an hour to get to town, so our time is valuable. We had dentist appointments that had finished earlier than we anticipated. So we contacted Al and he said no problem. He got us checked in and took it from there. We toured the beautiful dealership, and did some looking at vehicles. In no time, Al and our technician had us on our way. What a pleasure it is to deal with a customer service professional. Thanks to Al and all the team, they are the reason that make me travel the extra miles, and will continue too. We love it and feel like part of the Berger family of totally satisfied customers. It wasn’t easy getting a new Corvette in 2020. I was lucky because I got mine from Adam Doll at Berger Chevrolet. Many customers at other dealers were charging a “Market Adjustment Fee” at the time of delivery up to 20,000 because of Covid-19. I ordered my Corvette with a handshake and a promise and no written sales contract detailing pricing. You can trust Berger to give you a fair, honest deal. They have a great reputation and it’s because they have earned it. Excellent job Berger Chevrolet !!!

I loved the attentiveness that they give each customer from the moment I stepped in the door. I was greeted immediately. I also was impressed with the way they made sure that customers not only felt welcomed but safe. Their COVID safety measures were great including the restrooms; which to me speaks volume. Adam Doll was AWESOME great follow through, very attentive, professional with a personal touch. Adam listen very carefully to my wants, needs and price points. He did not try to push me into any vehicle but made sure the vehicle was just for me. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know. The entire team manager Doug, finance manager Greg and Dawn who I met when I came to seal the deal with Adam were all so customer friendly and personal. Also a young man, who open the door for me, that worked in service that I encountered after setting up my OnStar and was on my way back into the building; congratulated me ....he was just as excited as I was...smile.
