I met Gary about years ago at a Home Show. I told him about my family and my possible need for a softener.. But at the timing was just not right to get one. Years later I saw Gary at a different home show. He remembered me and my family and my need for a softener. I made an appointment for him to tell me my options. Gary was an absolute professional but very personable. He explained things with no pressure sales tactics. I did get the softener. The staff is wonderful as well from the installers to the office staff. Everyone is awesome. The best customer service in town by far !

Gary came out and was very thorough on the water testing and made certain before he left that I understood they water situation we had and what we needed to do to get it at its best!! I didn’t care what it was going to cost me to be able to drink our water. The price surprised me. So reasonable and affordable!!
