I am from near Ft. Wayne, IN. I was on a trip to the U.P. with my handicapped daughter and my dog when my car broke down in Ithaca, MI which is 3.5 hours from my home. I called Betten Baker Chevrolet and they took good care of us. They made sure we had everything we needed, diagnosed my car, fixed it, and got us back on the road in a little over an hour. Make sure they know what you actually want done and the agreed price for the work. Took my Chevy Traverse there 2 different times, still not fixed! Won’t be going back again as they keep charging me more and more to fix it when they don’t fix the issue.
