First of all, everyone is super friendly and helpful. It is hard to be mad at them when I know it is not personally their fault. My disappointment is in the Bait-and Switch I experienced today. I signed up online for an oil change appointment thinking it was going to be around 27 because that is what the website told me it would cost. (And their website still advertises that.) When I arrived, I was informed that the website was wrong and it would actually be about 57 dollars. Their prices had gone up significantly, and they would not honor their advertised price. Apparently this was a common enough occurrence that they knew to let me know ahead of time. (To their credit though, they did honor the 10 off coupon from their website.) I am regrettably an easy mark, so I paid because I was told this is the general price for an oil change in the area. But hopefully this review might help someone else!

Recently got a new car from the used lot between the Honda and Hyundai sections of Betten Baker Muskegon. My wife and I were somewhat stressed and thus probably stressful customers as the circumstances of us shopping for a new car were not exactly positive. However, Dwayne was amazing to work with. He was patient in walking us through the positives and negatives of all the different options we looked at. Tony was also a huge help when looking at maintenance histories of different vehicles to make sure we knew what we were getting. Finally, after we'd made a decision, Charlie got us through payment and financing immensely conveniently. Again, the circumstances were extremely stressful, but Betten Baker made finding a car as easy as possible while still feeling trustworthy.
