Why isn't the trigger happy lunatic guard in jail for shooting a person on a public sidewalk video taping? It is perfectly legal and 1st amendment right to film anything from a public area. Yet your officers handcuff the victim who was shot by the guard through a fence. What the hell are you cops thinking?

Pretty crazy how one of your officers just lets a white guy wander to the front of his car. Out of sight of said officer opening the trunk. Completely blocking view between officer and driver. Dig in a backpack for his passport. I wonder, not a race issue yet. But a officer safety issue, better training. he could of been shot right then and there. The other issue is.....nobidy of color would of been allowed to enter the trunk of thier car without being detained and the officer helping himself to finding such items as a passport or ID. Time for a few workshops boys. Better training. Forwarding said video to who it may concern. Need lots of training.
