Lance and Nikki were wonderful! Our beloved dog passed away after 12 years of being part of the family. They worked with me and my husband on a Sunday to have everything taken care of! My dog passed away on September 6th. When I called I was told it would be around 130, I asked for fur the first time on the phone and then asked for paw prints too.They didn't cremate my dog until September 11th and didn't give me a piece of fur. My card declined on September 8th and didn't get told anything until I called on September 10th.

I write this review with a broken heart, we lost our Gigi on July 10th, 2020. It was a unexpected event for us, as was the phone call with Lance, I could hear and feel the compassion and respect in his voice, I didn't expect someone on the other end of the phone to be so caring and understanding for a complete stranger but that is exactly what I got. I didn't feel like I was speaking to a company per se but another human being. I will never forget the kindness in his voice as he listened to me cry, just as I will never forget our baby Gigi, she meant the world to us and I feel like Bi City/Lance feels that way about us. Thankful for Bi City and all of their staff.
