I called and made an appointment to get a quote. On the day of the appointment I let them know when they called me I couldn't make it. So today I call again and I get an email saying they decline to bid/quote me for a job. This is pretty disappointing its not like I wasn't gonna pay for there services. This was a 10,000 plus job in my opinion that they threw away. It's ok since they may have more than enough jobs/money that they can decline me. I can assure you that when they started there company they would have not done this too me! I wouldn't even bother calling them they have more than enough work to pay attention to any new customers!

Amazing service. I was able to have a plumber come out with minimal notice to repair my sink and fix the bad job another plumbing co had done. The plumber who came out was professional, smart, and above all, exactly on time!! I will be using this plumbing company going forward.

Biagi performed two great jobs for me, first replacing a sump pump (came out the same day when the old pump failed and the basement flooded). Then several months later, Biagi installed a battery back up sump pump (within a week of notification). The personnel were polite and knowledgeable and even gave me a little education on plumbing. Both pumps were installed neatly and the debris was cleaned up. Thank you fellas. Additional thanks to Kirk, who coordinated both projects, and Dennis, who came out to the house to meet me and thank me for purchasing the back up sump pump.

We finished a day early and well under budget\ said nobody ever EXCEPT BIAGI!!! Sincerely, there are NOT enough stars for my review of this wonderful plumbing operation. Indulge me while I set the stage...What started as a typical Friday morning quickly took a turn for the worse when there was a frantic knocking on my door and a Village employee told me that the sewer connection for our 160 year old home was failing. NOT good news. He further explained that the scope of even just a temporary repair was beyond the capabilities of our wonderful Public Works Department. Clearly, there was a measure of urgency here. That is when James Biagi, sensing a bit of an \emergency\, was able to drop what he was doing and come over IMMEDIATELY. While exuding a calm professionalism and obvious competency (supported by Biagi's stellar reputation), James worked with the Village to secure things for the weekend so that hell would not be unleashed on our neighbors. James then worked his magic to prepare a very fair proposal and assemble an amazing team to begin work that Monday. This exceptional team worked quickly and efficiently until the job was successfully completed. And, as if that was not enough, I was being totally serious when I said they finished a day early and well under budget!!! When does that ever happen?!?! I am sure this old house of ours will present more plumbing challenges in the years to come and I will keep Biagi on speed dial to address all of them. They are a treasure of a resource and I feel so lucky to have found them!
