Big Mike's came out right away to fix my snowthrower this season while the other guys needed me to wait a month! My machine had multiple problems, and when they couldn't fix it all the way at my home they made another trip and took it back to their shop, and brought it back in just a few days working perfectly. Their customer service is outstanding and the charge was very reasonable.

Big Mike picked up my generator, fixed it and returned it the next day (obviously had everything he needed in stock) and at a reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend them. As I finished this review, I discovered an almost identical (price, great turn around) review and am not surprised at all. I think it is very telling of the service this family provides.
Great service i havent even gotten my lawnmower fixed but they seem very profesional the female is very understanding and wants the best for the customer as well as the rest of the employees the first impression was a warm welcome wish i could give them 13 stars update: i got it fixed in 48 hours at reasonable price
