Walking due to a puncture on an early am ride, I was very surprised when a car driver stopped to offer assistance. A wonderful woman by the name of Heather ( Bikes Plus store) replaced my innertube and had me mobile again in minutes. I can't thank her enough and if this is the service given without cause it will be the same or better at her store. Very professional. I was ready to have them do a repair on my bike and after they evaluated it they said it didn’t need to be repaired and showed me what I was doing wrong. I was so impressed by their integrity. They didn’t charge me so they will now be my only bike repair shop ever!
