If I could give John Hanna more than 5 stars, I would. He and his assistance Jake are what is known as A service. I had plumbing issues that needed attention in my newly renovated home. When we reached out to Bill Trombly Plumbing, they arrived punctually on time and exactly when they said they would, and were good enough to squeeze us into an opening they had. Both wore masks during coronavirus, and were pleasant, polite, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. They went above and beyond what we asked of them. These are two honest and trustworthy young men. I feel anyone could feel comfortable with them in their homes. One should not hesitate to contact them for plumbing needs. John and his assistant are a godsend,! I am very fortunate to have found this company, and would not hesitate to recommend them to one and all. They definitely deserve more than 5 stars, but if all is allowed to post here is that amount, then they better be gold ones!!!! John Hanna loves what he does and is now my go to guy. He is a great addition to my home improvement team.

It’s worth it to pay just a little more and know it work is DONE RIGHT the first time. No cheap Home Depot parts either.
I had my hot water heater replaced by the fantastic team of John Hanna and Brendon. From the moment John arrived he explained what and how he would be completing the work. He ensured all my questions were answered and shared best practices for maintaining things going forward. They both wore masks from the time they arrived throughout their time here. John lead the job and Brendon assisted. They made a great team and made quick of the work at hand. They checked each other’s work to ensure nothing was overlooked. I have to say John was a master of detail and focused on quality of work. There is no question he takes great pride in his work and the job he does. That is easily seen in the finished installation. When the work was done everything was cleaned up and spotless. The hot water heater they replaced I made the mistake of purchased from a big box store. Thinking of getting your hot water heater from a big box store think again. I highly recommend the Trombley team from start to finish and if you have a chance request for John Hanna. There is no question John loves what he does, takes great pride in his work and cares about you and your satisfaction in his work. John and Brendon thanks so much for being a great teamwork, your friendliness, the great job you did, and the spotless work area when you left!!
Kyle & Ed performed our yearly heating system maintenance today. Both gentlemen did a great job. Not only did they show up on time, they explained the condition of our system, and made recommendations to keep it running smoothly. I’d highly recommend Kyle & Ed. Thanks again guys! Mike
John H is fantastic... very knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly. I have never had a bad experience with the company but he Goes above and beyond!
