Words cannot express the disappointment I feel with this dealership. Their lack of customer service is appalling and downright improper. They are fine in person but seem very inconvenienced when you are trying to book an appointment. After leaving my number several times, I found that their lack of courtesy, and respect was downright disappointing. I wish Volvo would pull this dealership and move it to another area in our beautiful state of Montana. If your looking for a Volvo, please reconsider and look at other choices in your area. I have scheduled repairs at Underriner Volvo and when I arrived found that they did not have the right part that was needed. This dealership is one disappointment after another.

We were looking for a second car and Mike listened carefully to our needs and wants. Then he showed us several vehicles that met our criteria. We appreciated that he steered us away from vehicles that were out of our price range or not what we wanted. It was a good experience. We’ll go back to Underriner.
