For some reason I expected more from these guys. They have the stereotypical \used cars dealer\ mentality. I found a nice clean older xc90 V8 sport that I had been looking for. I drove it and liked it and ultimately made a deal with them. I gave them a deposit (see attached). The timing wasn't great since I was leaving for vacation in Florida for a week. I told DJ that I could pay cash and then deal with my credit union financing when I got back. He said no need, \the car is all yours.\ See attached text screen shot. While on vacation, they must have had an offer for more money and they sold it to someone else. Apparently their word means absolutely nothing! They showed no remorse for screwing me over and not honoring the deal we had in writing. I was told by DJ that the owner made the decision to sell it to someone else. The lack of respect and courtesy goes from the top down. I will never do business with this kind of organization.
