The level of customer service was absolutely unacceptable ! I made an appointment and asked the receptionist if she needed my insurance information . Her response was WHERE DO YOU THINK YOURE CALLING! She was so rude and ignorant . Afterward, I spoke to the Executive Director who was just as rude and unaplogeric. When women are making such a delicate appointment, they want to feel safe and respected. This was the worst experience I've ever had, and will be escalating this matter!
