We were stranded on the side of a highway with a brand new and broken camper. Bish's went out of their way and stayed for almost 2 hours after they closed, to help us diagnose and figure out the issue and make sure that we were safe to get back on the road and get home. They also directed us to an RV park to spend the night. Super pleasant and super helpful guys that were amazing. Special thanks to Mark (Burt), for finding the cause and taking the wheels off at 7:30 p.m. on a Friday night to help us get back on the road.

Just picked up our camper today! All the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They have an extensive inventory to please any needs/wants and can fit many budgets! They gave us a very detailed and informative walk through of the functions, uses and all the bells and whistles before we even left the lot. Very helpful! Here's the breakdown down... Sales: Magarin was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Service: Danny was super helpful and truly knowledgeable in everything RV. Finance: Pepe made it quick and painless to get through the signing and paperwork process. Thank you Bish's RV for getting us on the road to making memories!
We had a great experience at Bish's in Filer Idaho. We will be sharing with all of our friends and family about how great the entire staff is. From the minute we walked in the door to when we drove our new camper home we were treated with the best customer service! They even followed up with us to make sure things are going good. I feel like I can call anytime with questions and concerns and they respond promptly trying to accommodate our needs. Thank you Bish's team!
I visited the parts department and found a pretty decent inventory for those most commonly needed items. Very helpful and friendly staff this place has a real family atmosphere.
Shane was an awesome salesman will definitely recommend to friends and family. Dave was super awesome as well! Danny who showed me the ropes of the camper was super funny and had a positive attitude! And the people who cleaned the camper the day I picked it up did an incredible job!
We were traveling through I-84 and needed some parts for the camper, because of a leak. We decided to stop in Twin Falls for the RV parts we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even though they were really busy. I highly recommend!!
Had a hard time receiving phone calls back. After talking to sales manager they were very responsive. Danny and Eli in the service department were excellent and the pre-delivery inspection was great! They allowed me to go through everything with a fine tooth comb, the unit was impeccably inspected prior to my arrival and my thorough inspection of the unit confirmed that. The slide needed a small 1/4” adjustment to help it seal better and they addressed that right after the inspection so I could take the vehicle the same day
Service was great. Steve did a good job during the walk through process, answered all our questions. James in the parts department covered all our needs and did great job explaining parts and services provided. Eli in the service department great personality and made it a fun experience.
