absolutely love this place\u003c3 erica is so kind, gentle, and patient. ive only gotten a few tattoos and piercings from her but shes one of my favorite people to go to when i want something done right. super great customer service and has the best attitude even if its a bad day! great prices for great work. i havent had work done with the other artists there but ive seen a lot of their work and they’re all fantastic in their own way, and i get a smile and a “hi” from everyone everytime i stop by. by far one of the best shops ive been to and i look forward to getting more work done soon (: veryy satisfied with everything that she’s done for me. definitely come here for your first (and second and third ect lol) tattoo or piercing because everyone is super patient and explains everything you need to know without judging you for being new with it. i definitely felt welcomed here. 10/10 would recommend to everyone

There is absolutely nothing negative that I could say about this shop in regards to piercings. The piercer, Erika, was beyond kind and very calm, which helped me relax before my piercings. She helped me to not feel nervous at all and informed me about what exactly the piercings I was getting would entail. This shop also does an excellent job of providing its customers with detailed instructions for aftercare to ensure the proper treatment and healing of your piercings. I got my daith and double lobe piercings done in November of 2019 (Erika even let me choose the exact location that I wanted these piercings and let me adjust the placement until I was satisfied). If you are confused about the aftercare, I highly recommend messaging them on their facebook page as they are quick to respond. I recently messaged them (2 years from my piercing date) and they still responded with the same amount of care that they did when I messaged them a week after my piercings. This shop truly cares about the wellbeing of its customers and about your health! :)) Thank you!!

Brock did an amazing job. I’ve been in twice already, my tattoo looks awesome. It’s a very professional studio that obviously takes its time to honor customer health & safety. The place is immaculate. One of the owners answered a call while I was there to answer some concerns about proper tattoo healing & after care from a concerned client who received a tattoo someplace else in town who obviously received no information. That was so professional & classy. Well done Bleeding Heart, Well done.
