Enjoyed our stay at Garden Shores. A quick walk through the dunes and we were at the beach. The cute, clean and dog friendly home had everything we needed to stay indoors on the windy and rainy days. We cuddled up with our sleepy pups next to the roaring fireplace after a long day exploring the area. No problems with the Wifi or Netflix. The kitchen was fully stocked for making all our meals at home. Would definitely recommend staying at Garden Shores and can't wait to get back!

I heartily recommend Bloomer Estates as a management company for vacation rentals. I have been a landlord for the last 20 plus years and know what it takes to keep a property in good, quality rentable condition. Bloomer Estates often exceeds what I expect in responding to issues, all in a professional manner, to keep my vacation rental ready for the next tenant. Often with as little as a one day turnaround. I have never had to wait an unreasonable time for them to respond to any of my communications. Each month I get a comprehensive accounting of our income and expenses that makes my bookkeeping a breeze. I consider Bloomer Estates to be a good value based on the quality of the services provided, If you are an absentee owner you can rent with confidence that your property will be well cared for. You can go cheaper but, you can't go better.

We had a great birthday and holiday weekend and were still able to stay safe and healthy in the Beachy Keen house. I loved that we were literally a 5 minute walk to the beach, the layout of the house was perfect, a big grand room including kitchen made it really easy to visit and feel included even while cooking dinner. Making good meals together was a highlight of the trip and there was enough room for all of us in there at once. We also have two dogs so appreciated this dog friendly option and being to so close to the beach where we could take them out. We also enjoyed biking to Cap Disappointment on the Discovery Trail. I would stay here again and recommend, especially for families with Dogs.

Garden Shores is a piece of heaven! The home is cozy with access to the beach. We enjoyed cooking our own meals and felt the kitchen was well equipped. The home was also stocked with firewood for the wood stove that kept us toasty. Watching the sunset from either the beach or sitting in the cozy living room was priceless. We will definitely be back!

The Sandpiper bungalow was awesome! As a summer house, we expected that it would be cold as we were staying in February. However, the house was warm, and two space heaters were provided (just in case). The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes, the house was immaculate, the bathroom was both immaculate and there was a (more than) ample supply of towels. I'd stay again!
