I started using this shop years ago, and was very satisfied with the quality of work and service. Recently I called and explained exactly what was going on with my riding mower. The right blade was not working properly. I was told it may have a bad spindle assembly which made sense. I also asked for the blades to be replaced. Before it went in the mower would stall when engaging the PTO. I get it back and the spindle assembly wasn’t addressed and it did the same thing as before going in. I called and was rightfully angry that the problem wasn’t fixed at all. The response was adamant that the mower ran perfect while cutting grass before I got it back and how dare I be upset with the situation. I had a friend stop by to investigate what was really going on. We discovered the bearing in the spindle had ceased hence why the mower stalled when the PTO was activated, but the worst part was I took off the nut holding that blade on by hand. That was horrifying to discover. I have always wanted to support local self made businesses, however I recommend going to an established shop that does quality work. The only positive thing about this was my payment was returned.
Most honest repair shop anywhere! This spring he fixed my old Craftsman lawn mower for only 90; then it stopped working. After checking it out again, it was discovered that it had low compression most likely caused by low oil in the past. Even though it was not his fault, he offered to give my 90 back. I asked if he had any used lawn mowers for sale. He had a used Toro available for 150 but he let me have it for the 90 I had invested into the old Craftsman. The Toro ran great all summer and I am very happy. This shop is fair and trustworthy!
I have taken my zero turn in twice for service and Martin has always been super helpful when I had questions. I have a small lawn care service and was looking for a quality business to create a relationship with and I believe I found it with individualized repair. Would recommend if you are needing service or have questions!
