I want to remind this flower shop that if a customer calls and needs flowers delivered that day for a birthday that day then for the arrangement to find its way to the location the day after is not acceptable. I'm not saying I would never use your service again or that I would not recommend you to others. The arrangement was pretty. However, I did give two different numbers and said to please contact me if there are any problems. I was assured by the woman on the phone that they would send them that same day and sometime in the afternoon they were found by someone cleaning the place. They were just sitting in the lobby to the side. I would either discuss or reiterate your delivery policy with drivers or change your policy. Because as nice as the flowers may have been. If they aren't there on time for their intended purpose... they might as well be anyone's flowers at that point. Making the flowers is half the battle. The other half is the delivery.This was the first time I used your flower shop. I'm just saying. Please tell me if I'm wrong or if I'm making no sense.

My son in law always buys flowers for his 4 adult daughters and roses for myself, his mom and his wife on Valentine’s Day. This year just like last year - the roses did not bloom. He has decided to shop elsewhere in the future.
I live in Bloomington, IN. I received a lovely basket of flowers from Mary M’s sent by a friend living in WA on September 24. The arrangement was so pretty. Every flower looked nice. Day 8 and the lilies were still blooming. Delivery guy was patient and cheerful. Really enjoyed my flowers! Thanks so much! Well done!
This local business tops all other flower shops I've been to. Today, I went in to find a wreath for my door and found many others I may get for friends. Their fall selection is coming out and they told me if I don't see a silk arrangement I can ask for one to be made! So Great!! Designers are incredible with the array of designs you can customize, they never stop being high quality.
Well I dont think it's rite for me to have to pay YOUR FEE,, if I want to buy something, if I use a debt/credit card thats just part of your cost of being in busines.I seen something I was gonna buy tell I read that on the price tag. That changed my mind and I didnt buy it and we left.
