Thomas and Blue Bear performed a home inspection for us during the purchase of a new home. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. During the inspection Thomas took his time to explain what he was looking at and for and why. He explained what he found as well as provided general recommendations on what needed fixed or replaced. Thomas took his time and made sure all our questions were answered. The inspection report we received far exceeded our expectations. The report was thorough, detailed, and easy to understand.
