Paid 18,000 down for a pool to be installed and traded in my hot tub for deck jets to be installed. When rock was hit she demanded another 3500 to start to dig the rock and continue to 8ft. Since I refused to pay that, work was stopped and wouldn’t refund my money. Had to get a lawyer and pay the cost. Also she didn’t call 811 before you dig and dug into electric which I have to get repaired. I’m not allowed to discuss the contents of the settlement because of the confidentiality clause she uses not to discuss the contents of the settlement so unfortunately I can’t. Most people she’s screwed over don’t post thinking it’s confidential but it’s not. The settlement is which I’ve not disclosed. Do not use this company or you will regret it.

Lady put me off for weeks on a service call now dont return calls. If you're not in doing what you say then would anyone want to do business with her. I'm just glad I never spent thousands on tub with her. I can see she won't service
Don't spend your hard earned money with this business. If you are dissatisfied with anything you will stay dissatisfied. Takes an act of congress to get them to fix any problems you have. I have learned my lesson!
