It started out good but the leaky gasket and o rings on my two pumps got a lot worse when this company got its hands on my tub. First the not so trained tech pulled my pumps and never winterized my tube. The temp dropped below 30 and pipes cracked. Took a month before they came back out, looked everything over amd now I have different service kids. They made repairs to main pipe that cracked while doing this they broke off one of the jet pipes. That was never reported back to the manager that I was dealing with. The tub was stated and stopped all winter long. The top side control froze and fried the computer chip. Once all this was fixed by me they started my tub right before I went on a week vacation. They plugged my blower pump into the stereo port keeping constant power to pump and that burned up. I replaced that and plugged into proper port and now all works after I fixed all that was wrong with it! This is the worst place ever turn and run with your money.

We went to Water City Pool & Spa in May. We picked out the pool we wanted and signed the paperwork so Jeff could come do an on site inspection. Jeff said he would \free up some time\ to do an on site inspection. Jeff told us it would be the last week in May before he would have time to do it. I emailed him a few times just to find out when he was coming. He answered 2 times but haven't heard from him since. Either Jeff doesn't care about customer satisfaction or he only cares about customers that spend more then 7000.00 on a pool. I won't ever recommend this place to anyone (unless they want to waste time)) and I'll never go there to buy anything. I'm surprised they r still in business. I would rather pay more and go somewhere else. And from the reviews Jeff doesn't try to fix a problem to make customers happy. I can honestly say this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced!!
