A few weeks ago my husband and I had an impromptu date night and wanted to try somewhere new- we ended up here because we love this place! My husband suggested we try something we have never had before. He suggested shrimp and grits for me because i looooove grits! He wanted to try the Etoufee with crawfish and shrimp and dirty rice ILO white rice. I'll be honest, I'm not one to try something new on my own. I'm more of a take a bite of someone else's dish and if I like it, get it next time, kind of girl. When our server, John, came to get our order, I ordered the shrimp and grits and he was enthusiastic about my choice! I voiced my hesitation and he told me it was one of his all time favorites. He confirmed i was ok with jalapeños as they put them in there- i appreciated this as i felt it showed he cared about my experience and wanted to make sure I would be happy. Our food was amazing - I think the shrimp and grits will be my new go to! We have never had a bad experience here but John definitely made this one of our best experiences. He was attentitive, very social, had a great sense of humor, offered his opinion when we asked it or were looking for assistance and just made the experience more pleasant.

Food was GREAT! and service was EXCELLENT! me and my son came in and were immediately seated with menus in our hands. All throughout our dining experience we were pleasantly asked if everything was to our comfort by Daniel the bus boy of all people. The service alone makes this restaurant a 5 star.
We tried Bluewater Seafood tonight with another couple who recommend it. So glad we drove a little ways to try it. Service was the friendliest we have had in a long time. Garrett was our waiter. We asked about the menu and he was very knowledgeable. The food was amazing and the portions were big enough to share. The Fisherman’s Platter was amazing. Crab cakes were a little bland but the fried catfish made up for it. The shrimp fried rice is something to try. Enjoyed it and will be back.
First time customer here. The food is AMAZING. My server, Taylor, was just as excellent as the food. I really liked the fact that I never had to go looking for him. He was also super knowledgeable about the food selections. Service like this makes a big difference on my experience as a first time customer anytime that I go anywhere. Great food great customer service WIN WIN!
Taylor gave us an amazing experience. Very helpful in deciding the best choice in crab legs I should go with. I cannot say but I’ll let you guys find out which was the best. Over all experience was more than me and my wife were expecting.
