Won’t accept responsibility for a lost article sent amongst other things. Once asked about said article rather than stating they would investigate the person In charge Miguel Abbot made every attempt to deflect and justify the article missing even stating that perhaps I had not sent it in the packaging. I constantly send my children things via these sorts of services and this is the first company that hasn’t delivered. Your claims of 5 years without any hiccups and insinuations that perhaps it was never sent are ridiculous to say the least. Don’t use this company unless you want to be accused and have no one take accountability for their poor management.
