I bought a 2019 BMW 330i this summer. Their staff was accommodating and professional, their building was clean and professional, and they offered plenty of amenities that make services great. The reason I docked a star is because I bought a “new” car but noticed a chip in the paint after I bought it. The sales rep didn’t answer my call about it and when i went to their service department in person an employee came out and said they don’t work on stuff like that and that they have a local collision center they send work to. I didn’t have the time to keep going on a hunt to get it fixed since i work long/unpredictable hours in the Army. Other than that, I’ve been nothing but happy.
