The jeep I wanted was in stock and the salesperson Kayla Flowers was very good at her job. She recommended we take the jeep on the trail behind the dealership. When we finished driving the trail I had to have this jeep. Great job Kayla. And the paperwork process was hassle free. The last jeep I purchased from another dealer took so many hours. Bob Richards people had the paperwork ready to sign when I returned from lunch. And I received a great deal on my 2012 jeep trade in value. I would recommend Kayla and Bob Richards jeep for everyone.

One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. I’m a seasoned car buyer and I play hardball when it comes down to buying, I had the pleasure of dealing with Niem and had a great time with him! He’s got a great personality and he’s VERY knowledgeable, what I liked most is when he didn’t know something he didn’t tell me “I don’t know” he took the initiative to find out and go the extra mile to make sure I was FULLY informed about my purchase. He’s an excellent salesman and he’s very cordial and down to earth. The entire process was mostly seamless and smooth, it got a little bumpy with Kenneth who is part of the financial team apparently. Although he tried to be nice he came off as VERY condescending, I have over 25 years of experience in the automotive field and he treated me as though I knew nothing. I enjoyed talking and dealing with the remainder of the team at the dealership though! THANKS NIEM FOR BEING AN A SPORT AND I LOOK FORWARD TO KEEPING IN TOUCH!!!!

As most, I dread purchasing a car new or used... ( I've probably purchased 15 plus vehicles over the years from multiple dealership's) It takes ALL day, it seems like the dealer is trying to run you through the ringer. They put so much pressure on you to buy, etc... But man was I pleasantly surprised when I walked in the doors of Bob Richards . They were very professional and willing to go the extra mile to find exactly what I was looking for. Mr. Edward Howard was my salesmen. He was very respectful and went above and beyond. There was No pressure to buy and not much haggling back and forth. He helped me find a truck that matched all my needs as well as helped navigate me through the process of getting a fair trade offer. Up next was the financial department which was second to none in providing me with options and helping me understand what each and every coverage was. The whole process from the time I walked into the door to driving off the lot in my brand new truck took a little over 2 hours. Not to shabby. That included my trade in, test drive and all of my paperwork. I can't praise this dealership enough. They have earned my business for years to come. Thank you Bob Richards! Just purchased my 2021 Jeep Wrangler from them on Friday and could not have been happier with the quality of assistance they provided! My sales consultant, Ni'em Harvey, was simply the best ... very patient, informative and encouraging throughout the stressful process, and I gladly give him my highest recommendation! And even though the finance guy (cannot remember his name, Ken?) was filling in that evening, he certainly made the end of the deal a very easy pleasant process. Purchased a used vehicle from here back in September. My salesman Edward, was great and very helpful throughout the entire process. I purchased the vehicle from out of state, so they had a driver deliver it to my house. The delivery driver was great, he was very nice and knowledgeable. Less than a week after taking delivery of the vehicle, I noticed my garage one morning had a very strong smell of gasoline. I took the vehicle to my local dealership and they found my gas tank was leaking and was unsafe to be driving. The entire repair took over a week and cost around 3,000. I called the dealership and talked to the salesman manager who did not want to help me. You sold me an unsafe vehicle, and put one of your own employees in danger as he drove the vehicle over three hours. I would never buy a vehicle or even go near this dealership again.
