Approved bid and spec. I drafted a contract and owner refused to sign because of payment terms. He wanted 50% up front,40% upon delivery of materials and balance after install. Sounded like trouble. I decided to pass. They were inflexible. Never heard of these crazy terms.

I had such a great experience with Screen Builders inc. from start to finish. They came out right away to give me an estimate, which i was very pleased about and made me feel comfortable the whole way through. They kept me informed throughout each step of the way and did such a phenomenal job on my pool enclosure. I couldn't of asked for a better, more reliable company! Highly recommended.
They installed our screen patio 20 years ago. Screen Builders did a fantastic job.
We needed a screen construction reinforced, painted re-screened and few more things done. Attempted (many times) to give them my business. For over a month no one showed up to even give us an estimate. Spoke with people there number of times, job pictures shared etc. Every time we spoke I got a promise they will come and take a look... It never happened. Terrible customer service right at start indicates potential problems further down and it should be a red flag for anyone looking to do business with Screen Builders. I went to actual business who cares. Not recommended !
Called for an estimate a rep from the company called me back to set up appointment was a little late but did show up same day he said he would. Would not trust them all he was interested in was getting payment in full. I met him at site and he gave me a price if I paid up front or just left a deposit 43.00 savings if paid up front I agreed to the price up front but asked for a time guarantee the repair would be completed he said within 3 weeks I asked for a clause in contract if the repair was not completed in 3 week's I would get a refund he then said he does not do business that way that they are the largest and most reliable companies in FL that is why they do not give refunds (makes a lot of sense for someone with no brain to believe that) I then said I want to think about it he then got very upset and said this was a complete waste of time and do not call him back because he would not come back again very professional don't you think?
