They showed me that they cared and worked with me on my trading price. (Wasn’t the number I wanted) but still gave me a good number. Mike is a professional sales person. He was the one who helped me and took his time. Also a manager came over and he was a pleasant/helpful person. Good Toyota location I would recommend them to people. Definitely better than Toyota in Braintree where they show 0 care and don’t work with you AT ALL.

I'm happy with my car all in all, great price and low mileage, I love driving it. it really was the best option from what I was looking at between this and several other dealerships. The reason I give 3 stars though is just because I feel like there are some communication problems... I bought my car in the evening and went to pick it up the following day... There was a lot of confusion between the insurance company and the dealership getting everything ready, which should have been a quick process. Instead after arriving at the dealership me and my roommate waited around for 3 hours before I was actually able to drive my new car home.. It took a lot longer than it should have, it felt like pulling teeth, and like I wasn't being listened to. I try to give the benefit of the doubt but it really took me losing my cool over the phone with some poor guy before anything seemed to get done. I don't lose my cool easily, I'm more of a self-deprecating people pleaser, but this tried my patience. Looking at some of the worse reviews here, it seems like I'm not the only one who has had this type of experience? But overall I am grateful and satisfied with my experience. The salesman and everyone were very nice people. I know part of this is that buying a car is stressful in general, so maybe I was too harsh. Sorry to the guy I snapped at, it wasn't your fault. I recently purchased my car here, literally a few days ago. Brand new car with low monthly payment! These guys are so helpful I appreciate them so much for hooking me up the way they did! I went with my toddler and they were so nice and patient with my baby I loved it! I would definitely recommend this place 100%. Such a good vibe once you walk in through the door. I think everyone is equally friendly, sweet and helpful to be honest. My sales person was \bobby\ such a good guy and good vibes which is important because when somebody has negative vibes everything goes the opposite way! I can truly say once you walk in you will be in great hands! :)
