I have had anxiety due to stress and some physical pain around hips and lower back and just tired and down a lot of times. When I joined here and began practicing yoga and meditation, I felt so much better physically and also my mind so much more calm. So I could manage stress better and my relationship better. I recommend bodynbrain yoga to anyone looking for better health, happiness and peace!

I just love this yoga center. It’s different and better than the last studio I used. The instructors are all so nice and very accomplished and they are willing to work with you if you need help. The manager is very professional as are the instructors and they all made me feel welcome. I always feel great after my classes and am fortunate that I found them. If you’re in search of a beneficial welcoming place that will improve your health, give them a try.

This place is truly amazing. I have been home a lot more lately, as I'm sure so many have been, and I found myself becoming bored, less energetic, and heavy. Since I have been taking classes with Body & Brain, I have been feeling better than ever! If you want to just start getting healthy and feeling better, then you can look no further! They offer a variety of classes and instructors, all ONLINE (at the moment), that are great for any strength level. The classes are easy to follow, but still give you a challenge, and the instructors are so bright and helpful. I am grateful for all the centers and instructors for their time and amazing effort in helping the community stay healthy in these times!

I have been going for about 2 months, the instructors are so nice and attentive. They make you feel so welcome. The facility is clean and inviting and they have classes in the daytime and evening. Different classes everyday makes sure you don't get bored. I already see improvements in my flexibility and concentration. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for an activity that is both fun and great for your overall health!

This is my 4th week coming to this center. The place is very comfortable & there's a sense of peace as you walk in. All classes are amazing. They're designed to conquer your goals - physically, emotionally & mentally. The instructors are very loving, caring & gives you a warmth feeling of just being yourself. What I have experienced so far from the classes & programs was able to find & connect with myself again & the healing process of my past. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for an alternative for self-healing. You can really heal your whole body regardless of your condition.

I consider myself as a homebody. Since I've been coming to class, I feel this place is my second home. One of the best investment I made for myself. Coming to these classes is a must in dealing with the pressures of everyday life. I had reservations at 1st but once I started I knew it was the best decision for my overall wellbeing. I'm going into my second month & the changes I've made are obvious to myself & also to people that know me. I recommend this to everyone & experience it once in their life. Even if you think you don't need this, you will gain something that you're not even aware of. I would like to share my great appreciation to all the trainers who have taken a personal interest in my wellbeing.
