Nick has been providing me workouts for the better part of 2 years. After high school, where I was on what seemed like a never-ending “bench - squat - power clean” regimen for football, I had no structure to my workouts. If I don’t have something written down telling me what exercises to do, I am extremely lost at the gym. After 2 years of undergrad and some weight gain, I looked to Nick for help on getting me on the right path. After 3 months of working directly with Nick, and him writing me workouts, my max on bench press was 15 pounds over what I had done in all of high school. Currently, I travel for work on a weekly basis. My challenge is that my hotel only has some dumbbells and a cable machine in its workout room. I was looking for workouts tailored specifically to what resources I had in my hotel’s gym. Knowing Nick, and knowing that he is passionately driven to help anyone achieve their goals in overall fitness, I immediately reached out to him. For the last 3 months, he has been providing me with customized workouts, tailored to what I have access to in terms of workout equipment, as well as personalized to what I want to achieve from the workouts. Also, he provides detailed instructional videos to each of the exercises assigned in one, easy to follow document. To date, I am down 3 waist sizes, and I feel like I am in the best shape of my life. With Nick’s help, I have surpassed my goals in fitness, and I am looking forward to continuing working closely with him to continue down this path.

The services Nick provides were exactly what I was looking for! I come from a background of structured workouts and enjoy having a coach/trainer tell me what to do and how to achieve my intended fitness goals. My workouts had become stale and ineffective, so I was referred to Nick by a friend. I explained that I was looking for supplementary strength workouts to target specific muscles and that it needed to fit in with my main cardio workouts. He made sure he fully understood what I wanted in terms of my overall goal, duration of the workout, frequency during the week, and intensity. With that, he tailored and personalized an amazing workout regimen I could do on my own that fit into my busy schedule AND proved results. Each exercise has a video link associated with it so you know how to do it correctly and Nick is available any time for questions or concerns. He also makes sure to check in on a weekly basis to see how things are going and provide motivation. Being able to have personalized workouts at an affordable price with the flexibility of them fitting into your life is hard to come by these days! I would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking for a virtual personal trainer.
