Kim Strnad was fantastic! Walked me through all the confusion and got me all set. I called in March seeking info. She said she would contact me in September closer to enrollment time. She actually called me back after 6 months! Who does that? Will definitely call her when it is Medicare Supplement time. Thanks again Kim

I just had a 20 minute conversation with Kim about my options with Medicare. I was freaked out because my 65th birthday is coming and I couldn't get straight answers from anybody. But she walked me through all of it and I have clarity and comfort now. I would not hesitate for an instant to refer anyone with Medicare concerns to talk to her. She listens, answers the questions you actually ask and is straightforward. Possibly the best talk about insurance I have ever had.
