My Note 8 is as good as new. Really good communication and expectations as to the cost and ordering of parts. Very comfortable place to wait and both Dan and Megan are a joy to chat with. While I was there customer came in and Dan made suggestions to help prevent damage to phones. He wasn't pushy about the suggestions either. Ibreally like that. Thanks to Megan also for the good conversation. You are both amazing people.

Above and beyond is entirely to normal a description of my experience. I will never even consider taking my gear anywhere else. They have earned a customer for life. Probably the best place in Boise to get your phone repaired. He beat a competitors price by quite a substantial amount and had my s7 fixed in half the time they quoted . Relaxing atmosphere with excellent music playing and a couch to sit on and watch tv while you wait. Thank you Dan for going above and beyond to save me time and money.

They've been great to work with, but I'm wondering if this business is closed now? No calls being answered over the last few days and when I stopped by the store during business hours today to ask about a screen protector for my phone, the doors were locked. No note on the door. Disappointing.
