Steve went above and beyond with our new camper. We came in from KC to pick it up. Matt at the shop really went above and beyond to make sure we were safe to tow and had everything we needed. The store even stayed open past close when we realized we needed a brake controller and went back. You don't find customer service and good people like this much these days. Top shelf service Definitely recommended and would do business with them again.

Fantastic service. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable staff. No high pressure. Was able to look around on our own. We drove over 1 1/2 hrs to look at a certain floor plan of a camper , which was a brand we weren’t familiar with. However while shopping and looking on their lot , we ended up finding and buying our third Jayco we love , all because no high pressure. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Love our new Eagle

We were allowed to look around all we wanted. The salesman cane and Introduced himself and explained the tags on the trailers and told us to let him know if we had any questions. We had told him that we were not quite ready to purchase yet. We were looking to see floor plans for what our next one may be. This is the way we like to shop. No pressure and no salesman following us around. Will consider this place when we are ready to purchase if they have what we want even though it is a bit of a drive from home.

We just returned from a month trip on 10/2/2020 which included a planned memorial in TX which would not have been possible without the EXCELLENT urgent electrical service by Bourbon RV, namely Josh Harmon. Everything worked perfectly while we were gone. We have had excellent service from the pick up of our travel trailer including awesome training since we are new at this about a year ago to the present time. If you are looking to purchase or need service, go to Bourbon RV you won't be disappointed. They treat you like family!

This place is great! Super friendly and helpful staff. We arrived at 4:45pm on a friday when they closed at 5:00pm but Steve stayed 2 extra hours to help us out! All the shop staff was very knowledgeable and answered all of our first-time RVer questions without judgement. Thank you so much for a great experience, Bourbon RV!
