I came in and bought my 3rd camper from a young fella by the name of Stephen Tucker. This young man went to infinity and beyond from the moment I arrived at the dealership. He was very knowledgeable and well mannered. Now when I say very knowledgeable you can bet your britches that if I had a question about the camper Stephen could answer it so fast it’s crazy. I mean sometimes it’s like we were reading each other’s minds because he knew what I was about to ask. So if you gots any question about a camper hit his line. I highly recommend Stephen Tucker and the Gander crew In Sherwood!

Don’t let my 4 stars scare you & here’s why.... You aren’t always going to have a great experience every time you buy something but, My camper buying experience here was made WONDERFUL because of the salesman, Charles Ham. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. He didn’t pressure us in the slightest bit and made sure that he found us the perfect camper to fit all my needs and wants. We had an issue with the slide out the night we got home with it, and he answered after hours when I called him upset! He has stuck with us all week long trying to run interference with the “not so much of help service department” to get the camper fixed in order for us to be able to camp and not just have a playhouse sitting in the yard that we are making payments on. I am very thankful for Charles being the guy that answered the email that day when I inquired about the camper. I’m thankful for the kindness and respect he’s shown throughout this whole process even when I was not so positive and friendly. I’m thankful he knows the value of a handshake and service and dependability after the sale is finished. I’m thankful for “socially distanced” side hugs and a pat on the back to assure me this will all be ok and will be handled. I’m thankful for friendships formed and will be even more thankful and grateful when they get our camper repaired in a timely manner so we can start making more fun memories with our new grandson, Levi! So most definitely YES, if you are looking for a camper go see Charles! He’s the best in my book!
Purchased a new 2020 Keystone Outback 341RD from Gander RV & Outdoors of North Little Rock on August 6, 2019. Rusty Reid was an extremely helpful and courteous sales associate with a great sense of humor and a pleasure to work with. Josh, the Service Manager, did an outstanding job installing a new weight distribution hitch for my truck.
