We have rv issues while traveling back to Michigan the day after we bought our DRV Elite. Tiffany and Brad were over the top helpful with getting us checked in dropping our unit off at end of their day. Stayed with all the issues to complete repairs to ensure we made it back to Michigan next trip. We are so thankful for Brad and Tiffany knowledge, experience and patience. They surely made a difficult situation less of a disaster.

Only took a couple of weeks to rebuild a slide-out, service my heating and air, resolve some water line leaks, replace the front door, and made sure all of my appliances & utilities were squared away. I explained I had to be at a campground at a certain time and date, and Customers First RV had no issues meeting that demand. They communicated every detail with me through the process and never took another step without my approval. They also helped me with getting new skylights and roofing materials. They continue to assist me with any questions regarding my camper and have exceeded all customer service expectations. They are wonderfully nice people and I will always go to them for help in the future.

These are the nicest people we've run across in a long time... We were sitting at Love's truck stop and saw their business across the street and needed a quick repair and they said come on over and we will take a look so we did and it was just unplugged, so not really a repair but the fact they said \come on over\ made out day! They said to come back if we needed anything else...we just might! That's how happyt made us

My wife took our Jayco camper here last fall ,while I was away for work, to have it winterized. I de-winterized it myself the other day and in doing so saw that they ripped up the thin sheet of wood covering that the bunk bed lays on (which is where the water heater is). Looks like they started to unscrew the screws holding it on but got lazy and decided to just rip it off. I DO NOT recommend you have your RV or travel trailer serviced here! Such a shame, because they seemed like a good little business.
