Just purchased my first RV from Alpin Haus RV and what a great experience! Heather, the sales rep, was outstanding! She invited questions (we had lots) and she patiently responded to every one of them! It was a very pleasant, no pressure and very informative experience (not like any experience I’ve had in making a major purchase - EVER!). Heather even responded to all of our “insecurities” as first-time buyers. I couldn’t have even hoped for a more supportive, patient and thoroughly enjoyable purchasing experience. Others involved in our sale, including “the boss” and the “finance guy”, were equally friendly and even open to negotiations about the bottom line. We left feeling pleased with our purchase and looking forward to our first adventure with our new RV going on the road!

We bought our brand new Tiffin here after trading in our previous 21 year old Bounder. We ordered in February, and it was scheduled to arrive in late May-early June. With the virus, we somewhat expected everything to be shut down completely, but they were very reassuring and great about it, and promised that we would get it before we left for vacation in August. They fulfilled that promise, and they have a great facility filled with great people there. We brought our dogs, and they offered us water and some AC for them while there. All around just a great experience. Highly recommend.

Everything was great there. Mike did a great job of letting us see all the pieces that would be in our trailer. There wasn’t a rl2500 in stock but he had others that we could look at then make our decision. Great salesman, great guy. Keith was another great guy to work with with the finances and paperwork. Best of all was Kevin who showed us the ins and out of the trailer and how to do everything with it. He was thorough and absolutely knew his stuff. Great guy to work with. I went from pretty much zero knowledge on everything trailer to having a huge understanding of all of the inner workings thanks to him. Really appreciated this guy.
