I am giving them a 1star due to the customer service. Don’t expect a phone call back until after 11:30 or so because “that is when the lady gets in” to do the work. The day I came to pick up my camper I was given several other things that needed to be done (paperwork) so I had to rush around to complete these tasks. If I would’ve known of everything that needed to be done when I came and picked it out (several days prior) that would’ve been very helpful... not to mention their website said they opened at 9am on Saturdays so I drove over an hour away and got to their location at 9am only to find out their website was out of date.. I waited until 10am and still they were not open. Finally, at 10:15am the Master’s pulled up and let us in. That next week i sent emails at 9am and would not get a response until after 12. When I asked them about their lack of customer service they did not say anything but “that’s just how it is” and neither of them would look me in the eyes while i was handling this inconvenience. I got to their establishment at 5pm.. after being told it would take 30 minutes to do all of the paperwork, two hours later I was able to leave (not sure what the hold up was.. i was the only customer they had)....I recommend Jayco, our family has purchased 3 campers from Master’s but their customer service has plummeted. Customer service is crucial in the camper industry as everyone knows.. this place let me down and I am I extremely disappointed in how I was treated after I spent a lot of money with them. I will be surprised if they stay in business much longer at the rate they are going and I haven’t even dealt with them after the fact (warranty work) yet. Wish me and them luck! Ps. Their website times has since been updated.
