My husband and I had a seamless and easy experience at Pierce RV in Billings. Farah was responsive, prompt, helpful, courteous and persisted to get us a great deal on our 5th wheel. She really made buying an RV painless! When we arrived to pick up our RV all of the staff were kind and generous with their time. We are especially grateful for the time that Cody spent going over every inch of our new couch with us. Erika in service was also so helpful in getting any issues addressed. We were able to stay a couple nights at their campground to work out the kinks which was an added bonus. Thanks so much to everyone who helped us with this process. We highly recommend Pierce RV.

Went in today to look at a travel trailer and had a great experience! Farah was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She answered all my questions and didn't play any sales games. She also introduced me to Cody who knows his technical RV stuff! I've been to a few dealers now and I think Pierce RV is the best Billings RV dealer.

Pierce RV is by far one of the best RV Centers we've visited. The staff was very professional and we were completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Sonia was awesome and explained everything thoroughly and with an infectious enthusiasm. She responded to e-mails and returned our voicemail messages efficiently, often in less than 10-15 minutes. We also had a great experience with Cody during his detailed instructional walk through of our new Scout truck camper. He demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the product during his presentation/demonstration and when answering our numerous questions. We never felt rushed; he left us with the impression the time spent with us was his top priority of the morning.

When I decided to down size my travel trailer I began looking at used RV’s and found a couple that looked promising. After a phone call and several unwanted text messages later I had an appointment to walk through the ones I saw. This was at a different RV store and I will not mention the name that starts with a B. It was a very difficult experience since it seemed the pricing of all RV’s was a secret, even the price for my trade was a secret. It was several days and way too many texts later I actually got a little glimpse of information. I said enough was enough and called Pierce RV. I am here to tell you, the difference was like night and day! We were put in the capable hands of Tyler Hochhalter and after a few questions about units, we were off to look. This was so refreshing after the ordeal I just had at B. Tyler was honest and upfront with us and helped guide us to the unit we found and fell in love with. The entire experience with not only Tyler, but the entire crew at Pierce RV was positive and super friendly. I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend Pierce RV for any RV or parts needs. It felt more like joining a family than just being a customer. Thank you Pierce RV and the entire crew for a welcome and pleasant experience buying our new trailer.
