We bought a new RV from out of state based solely on the positive reviews here. OERV had what we wanted, took care of all paperwork online, arranged delivery (2 per mile), and it arrived exactly as promised! It was so great to deal with a family owned business and avoid the used car dealer tactics and hidden fee game (Southern RV dealers). Their magical \prep fees\ were actually less than out of state delivery, so the decision was easy. I've never even been to West Virginia but we had a great experience and would recommend.

If I could give it more than 5, I would! I bought a brand new RV in March and about a week after I received it, I had an electrical issue. After 3 trips to a dealer and a mobile mechanic looked at and could not find the issue, I got in touch with Wagner's. They took me right in, instead of having to wait 2 months...again, like a dealer told me. The dealer said because I did not buy from them, I am not higher up in the pecking order. The RV is BRAND NEW and obviously under warranty. So, after a very brief conversation with Kenny, he got me scheduled right away in the shop. Jeff called me and explained in much detail what he has done to try to find it and he would dig for about another 2 hours or so. He called me about an hour later and found the issue!!! He said NO other mechanic touched the areas he did to find the problem. THANK YOU for an AMAZING experience! I HIGHLY recommend Wagner's Outdoor EXPRESS RV for getting work done, and from what I have seen there, they have a pretty extensive inventory of beautiful travel trailers!!

The experience I had with Wagner’s was amazing and unexpected in this day and time. I needed some emergency repairs completed on my fifth wheel and they did not disappoint. 2pm and the day before Thanksgiving proved hard to find help, then Wagner’s stepped in. The repair was completed in one hour and was done with such expertise it now looks better and functions better than from the factory. Save time searching for the big box dealers and go see Wagner’s. ️️️️️️️Needed more stars.

They don't have the hidden huge freight charge, are honest and financing is very efficient. Bought after seeing on web. While deal done on Web and phone .. Highly Recommend.
