Phenomenal experience from all departments . Jeremy was awesome and very informative when picking out a new unit and completing paperwork . They picked up our old one and delivered our new one . Jim in service always is honest and informative and is the one that went over our unit before delivery . We had some issues in first year with the unit and they went above and beyond getting everything under warranty completed in a timely manner and all paperwork and submission handled by Laura who kept us informed every step of the way . Everything handled professionally and always felt they had our best interests at heart like family/friends . Recommend everyone we can to Lee’s .

The service department and Laura did a outstanding job with our trailer that was past the One year warranty. We Set up a day to bring in the trailer and the service department did the repairs on time as promised. Laura went the extra mile for us and we appreciate this extra effort. 2019 sunset camper.
