I am beyond happy today not only is it my Birthday, but the customer service from this flower shop has been nothing short of amazing...long story short Friday, is when these were supposed to be delivered but the crazy security guard at my job told the delivery man I was not there which he really did not check...that’s not Boyd’s fault, but my job... However I waited for my boyfriend to call later that night and ask him and he told me the name of the shop I called them on Saturday they told me no problem they would re-deliver them on Monday for me my actual Birthday...my boyfriend is incarcerated and went out on a limb to send me flowers for my birthday he thought it would better if i got them before the actual day to make sure I had them. He saw an ad in the paper and wrote to the flower shop and they were nice enough to respond to him through writing and provide me with the best arrangement ever!!!! The arrangement has my favorite color purple and the mason jar oh my it’s beautiful the texture and color of the jar...these flowers smell like they were freshly cut and picked just for me...this picture does NO justice to how beautiful these flowers really are... I just want to thank BOYD so much for being kind to us through this strange and difficult process...not just taking his money and sending me any ole thing but sending me the very pieces that make me happy and the detail of it all is like my boyfriend actually went to the shop and hand picked the arrangement himself Lily’s are my favorite ...needless to say if this company is still in business in about few years we are using them for our wedding and any other family events we have...if I could give 10 stars I would... I am going to personally send them a thank you card!!!

Super happy I came across this flower shop online. Was searching for a nice affordable flower arrangement and they exceeded my expectations. The arrangement was beautiful and not over priced. They sent me a picture of my arrangement when it was done and let me know when it was out for delivery.

I requested for my flower to be deliver by a certain time. Without seeing the floral arrangements I ordered, I was skeptical but wanted to give Nana's Flower Shop a try to earn my business. The girl who took my order were very friendly and made some recommendations bc there's no same type of roses like the one on the picture online. My sister in law received the bouquet I ordered for her timely and the bouquet looks beautiful.

Flowers were gorgeous! I ordered them at 8PM on a Thursday and they arrived before noon on Friday, I couldn't believe how quick they were. Amazing shop, would definitely recommend.
