We have had an absolute amazing experience working with Michael at Bozeman Lodge. Even with the COVID protocol, he sent us video and went above and beyond to make our tour inviting and comfortable, with this huge decision for my mother in law. I can’t wait until she moves in and gets to enjoy all the amenities the Lodge has to offer. Everyone that I have talked to that lives there, says that Bozeman Lodge is the best, with such a great staff! I completely agree!! Tina A.

Rita Christensen and so many patient, friendly and respectful staff members have taken very good care of my father for years now. During this time of limited contact due to Covid-19 concerns, it is a relief to know my father is kept safe and well in the Lodge's community setting. It's hard work and they offer it up with genuine kindness.
Maybe as assisted living facility they are great but as employees not so good...I was fired for a job I didn't start because of am injury and then demoted and then fired for no reason. Upon being fired I should have been presented with a check but was not. Again as a assisted living facility they are great people but as employees there unfair and wrong
Our grandmother has been at Bozeman Lodge almost three months. She loves all of the activities. She attends church and bible study weekly. We love that there is a community puzzle anyone can work on. The staff goes above and beyond. She also scheduled weekly trips, that they take her to. We have had a few issues, mostly resolved. Meals are wonderful with a nice variety daily. Rita and her team do a wonderful job.
Bozeman Lodge has been a great place for my mother. She absolutely loves her sunny apartment with an outdoor balcony! The staff interacts well with her teasing and continual requests of “ice cream to go!” The nurses are caring and really listen to concerns. I feel that they are an extended family.
Management is scary and very unpleasant, unpredictable and untrustworthy. My very honest opinion, stay away from this place, don't be part of discrimination.
I went to a chamber of comm. after hours event last night hosted by bozeman lodge. The food was amazing. By far the best I have ever tasted at an after hours event. The chef Lou or Louie really knows his trade.
