They just raised my mother's rent without notice or for any reason! They heartlessly say it is in the contract that they can do this whenever they want! I looked into it and can't find this ANYWHERE in it, but I did find they are literally charging me extra for the gloves staff wears when with my mother, yet hospice already pays for this. Seems like they are skimming off the top to me. Its so obvious that they only care about money and not their resident's situation or well being. I will be finding somewhere that is honest and cares about my mother instead of squeezing their residents for every dime. AVOID THIS PLACE.

They pressure you to sign paperwork then pay the monthly rent and a 1500.00 one time fee which comes out to 5200.00then my mother was in there care for 4 days and she passed away and they only refunded 1500.00 I would stay clear of this place all they care about is money horrible customer service from the manager please find some where else to place your loved one believe me you DO NOT WANT TO PLACE THEM HERE
