A better or more spaced out waiting area and that all the staff wear face mask while they are inside the building. As well as using Clorox wipes are some cleaner for virus safety when serving customers cars/trucks. But the Manager Delbert has people friendly attitude....very sweet.

This company posted a price for a vehicle on line 13,991.00, But it was more of a bait and switch. I offered to pay cash for the vehicle and then the price went too 15,991.00 because of no trade in and I did not finance with them. Make sure you look at the fine print on line because the price listed by this company has stipulations attached. My salesman did not explain any of this to me up front. Roger

To begin with, the financial manager was completely unprofessional having a conversation in which he was yelling very loud at one of his staff members right outside the the front doors where the customers (we) walk in. The experience with the sales guy was pleasant however when it came down to numbers they would rather profit their pockets instead of making a reasonable deal with you to ensure that you're satisfied with their services. The numbers for a used older car with multiple previous owners should not be equivalent to a brand new car. It seems to me that they would rather not make a reasonable sale over just a couple dollars. You would think after going back and forth with numbers that the financial manager would come up to us and discuss options but he never bothered nor seemed interested in doing so, as a matter of fact he tried to have his staff withhold the car quote when legally they cannot do that. There are other dealers that can work with you and it's very evident that this is not one of them
