Many businesses sometimes don't grasp the significance of excellent customer service. In my 1st experience with Breen's, they did not disappoint! Oftentimes, many of us catch ourselves either forgetting or having some last minute rush - it's also unfair to many businesses - but the staff there definitely came through, was helpful, courteous, and provided suggestions. I could get deep into my anecdote, but the bottom line is they offered help in every which way. Kindness always deserve local support! (Btw, they have wonderful flower arrangements )

I happened to stop by this ship on a whim, because it was closer to our barber, when my son wanted to buy mommy a flower. The lady was so sweet, she let him pick the flower, wrapped it up pretty and didn't charge us. I'd certainly come back for flowers just because of the sweet service!
